You Are You are comfortable leading process design and configuration, working with finance stakeholders, and collaborating across functional and technical teams. You bring the core capabilities of a Workday Financials / FDM Lead, with a particular focus on R2R, and can confidently guide design decisions, challenge legacy processes, and drive solutions aligned with Workday leading practices and broader finance transformation objectives.

As a Workday Record to Report Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:
Lead/Support the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report work streams

Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report work streams

Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday R2R solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in project delivery

Mentor Junior analysts on project delivery and system solution approaches Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary based on business needs and client requirements.

Here's What You Need Active Workday Financials Partner Certification Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Financials R2R experience

Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points IfYou hold an advanced degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
You hold certifications or have hands-on configuration experience across additional Workday…
