Oracle Fusion Developer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Oracle Fusion Developer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of Oracle HCM solutions. This role will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-focused solutions across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, integrations, APIs, and Oracle technologies while serving as a technical leader on strategic system initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules and initiatives.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improves processes.

Lead the development and support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications and custom solutions.

Develop and support APIs, web services, interfaces, file-based integrations, and data exchange solutions.

Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build and support enterprise integrations.

Develop and enhance Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Evaluate business challenges and recommend innovative technical solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, integration, and data-related issues.

Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HCM technology solutions.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) development and reporting solutions.

Experience developing and supporting solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Strong knowledge of Oracle APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

Experience working directly to deliver technology solutions.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable solutions.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $118400.00 - $168700.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
