Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant. Position type:
Contract Duration: 18 Months

Location:

Charlotte North Carolina (3 Days Onsite).

As a Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant, you will:
Design, implement, and support Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) solutions, enabling financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes through Oracle Cloud EPM technologies.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Experience implementing EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
• Hands‑on experience developing Business Rules using Calculation Manager (Calc Manager).
• Experience with Groovy scripting in Oracle EPM environments.
• Strong knowledge of Metadata Management, Dimensions, Security Configuration, and Application Setup.
• Experience with Data Management (FDMEE) and Oracle Data Integration tools.
• Experience using EPM Automate for application administration and automation.
• Proficiency with Oracle Smart View, EPM Reports, and Dashboards.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Experience with SAP-to-Oracle EPM integrations.
• Knowledge of Driver-Based Planning and Scenario-Based Planning models.
• Experience supporting FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) teams.
• Experience developing custom dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Reporting and Narrative Reporting tools.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

Pay Range*: $65/hr - $70/hr on W2.
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.
