As a
** Workflow Solution Analyst**, you’ll move Pacific Life—and your career—forward by analyzing business needs, defining technology requirements, and delivering workflow solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will fill an existing role that sits on a collaborative team within the Technology division. Your colleagues will include Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and business stakeholders, all working together in an Agile environment to drive innovation and impact.

** How you’ll help move us forward:*
* • Analyze complex business needs and translate them into actionable technology requirements  
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, write user stories, and align deliverables with business goals  
• Design innovative workflow solutions that leverage platforms such as Appian or similar technologies  
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities  
• Collaborate across teams including Digital Transformation and Technology on enterprise initiatives  
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and demos  
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) by identifying scenarios, managing communication, and overseeing execution  
• Provide post-implementation production support and act as a liaison between business and technical teams  
• Assist in change management activities including stakeholder engagement and adoption planning  ###
** The experience you bring:*
* • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent work experience  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably in an enterprise IT environment  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a comfort level navigating ambiguity  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and communicate technical concepts to business users  
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with sprint planning and backlog grooming  
• Experience with workflow platforms such as Appian or Pega  
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms  ### What makes you stand out:
