Description:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

LOB Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of IT Change Management, Release Management, and Production Deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including workflow management, reporting, dashboards, and metrics generation.
• Working knowledge of Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Experience reviewing, approving, and governing production changes throughout the change lifecycle.
• Ability to conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and ensure CRQ quality, completeness, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, assess, escape and resolve risks and issues.
• Experience coordinating with Application Development, Infrastructure, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in preparing status reports, deployment metrics, governance dashboards, and executive summaries.
