Lead Levelpath and JAGGAER Implementation

This is going to be Hybrid Onsite position in Charlotte, NC so candidates need to be currently local to the Charlotte, NC area or willing to relocate to be onsite from day one.

Please focus your search on senior technical candidates with hands-on Levelpath and JAGGAER implementation experience. Although the position is titled Lead Software Engineer, this is not a traditional Java/Python development role. The ideal candidate is closer to a Source-to-Pay (S2P) Technical Lead, Procurement Technology Architect, or S2P Solution Architect.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:

10+ years of enterprise software implementation experience

Hands-on Levelpath implementation/configuration experience

Hands-on JAGGAER implementation/configuration experience

Strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge, including sourcing, supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, and contract management

Experience configuring workflows, business processes, security roles, and integrations within Levelpath /JAGGAERStrong REST API/integration experience, including JSON and OAuth 2.0/API security

Enterprise integration experience with API gateways, messaging/event-driven architecture, and preferably Kafka Experience integrating procurement platforms with Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle Fusion Must be able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC a minimum of 2 days per week

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kafka, Ironclad, Java or Python, SQL, Postgres, Mongo/Couch, ETL/data mapping, BICC/FBDI, Git/CI/CD, and additional procurement platform experience with Coupa, Ivalua, or GEP.

Below are 5 questions to ask the candidate prior to submitting them to CITP.

Please include their answers to these questions with your submittal.

1. How many Levelpath implementations have you personally worked on, and what did you configure?

2. How many JAGGAER implementations have you worked on, and what was your technical responsibility?

3. Describe your hands‑on S2P/P2P experience, particularly sourcing, supplier onboarding/lifecycle and contract management.

4. What systems have you integrated Levelpath/JAGGAER with? Specifically, have you integrated with Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP?

5. What hands‑on integration technologies did you use: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIC, Kafka, event‑driven integrations, Java/Python, SQL?

If they can't clearly answer #1 and #2, I wouldn't spend much time on the candidate.
