Talend Snowflake Lead

CTG is seeking to fill a Talend Snowflake Lead position for our client.

Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC (No Remote)

Duration: Ongoing Contract

• Lead Talend ETL/ELT development and Snowflake data warehouse implementations.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using medallion architecture, CDC, and incremental loading.
• Analyze and convert SAS code to Snowflake.
• Develop data models, source-to-target mappings, and data validation processes.

• Talend, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Linux/Unix scripting.
• AWS/Azure cloud platforms and ETL tools such as Informatica.
• Data warehousing, dimensional modeling, performance tuning, and data quality.

• 8+ years of ETL/data engineering and data warehouse experience.
• Strong hands-on Talend and Snowflake development and optimization experience.
• Experience with SAS conversion, cloud data platforms, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
