As a Principal IT Analyst within Honeywell’s Digital Supply Chain (DSC) / Integrated Supply Chain Systems (ICS) organization, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Logistics, specializing in Transportation Management and Warehouse Management.

This role is accountable for independently leading the analysis, design, and delivery of complex logistics solutions that support Honeywell’s global ISC operating model. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, exercising judgment in ambiguous problem spaces, and influencing outcomes through technical depth, domain expertise, and collaboration rather than positional authority.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-FQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE8+ years of SAP experience, with substantial delivery responsibility in ICS / ISC Logistics and Supply Chain environments

Extensive, hands-on SAP S/4

HANA deployment experience, including multiple full-lifecycle global implementations7+ years of deep functional experience in Logistics execution, specifically:
Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Management Proven ability to independently analyze, design, and deliver complex SAP logistics solutions across enterprise landscapes

Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC process flows and cross-functional integration dependencies

Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed organization, influencing outcomes without formal authority

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline

Track record of successfully delivering global ISC / DSC SAP logistics solutions

Experience working within template-driven, standardized enterprise environments

Exposure to ICS security, authorization, and compliance considerations for logistics processes

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact

Strong analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and presentation skillsA mindset oriented toward quality, standardization, and continuous improvement
