We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues while ensuring successful delivery of Revenue Cycle-related projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on project manager with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills who can drive projects forward and align teams toward common goals.

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Track, manage, and forecast project financials.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, document, and elevate project risks and issues as needed to maintain project objectives.
• Manage project scope, resources, budget, and timelines while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, third‑party vendors, and managed service partners.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive accountability across project teams and promote timely resolution of obstacles.

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager.
• Hands‑on project management experience leading technology implementations and enhancements.
• Demonstrated experience managing Revenue Cycle projects within a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, risks, and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• General understanding of computer hardware and software systems.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PMI certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Experience with Epic and/or Oracle Cerner healthcare platforms.
• Experience working with healthcare operations, clinical, and business stakeholders.
