Delivery Lead

10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves working across multiple teams and organizations to coordinate and facilitate project and program routines. The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and provide status updates to leadership, ensuring all work complies with Enterprise Change Management standards. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate project and program routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve outcomes on time and within cost
• Manage dependencies with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
• Ensure work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders
• Oversee the program and projects end-to-end at the program level
• Partner with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Proven track record managing multiple projects across the lifecycle in Scaled Agile environments
• Significant experience in financial management and initiative budgeting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; ability to present to senior leaders and cross functional partners
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting deadlines
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira)

  Excel (advanced), Power Point
• Methodologies:
  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile principles, Change Management
• Financial Management:
  Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and reporting

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
