• Expand prospective customer base and market insurance products via networking, referrals, cold calling and marketing strategies.
• Address existing and prospective customer requests promptly, book meetings, respond to inquiries.
• Ensure all contracting paperwork up to date, maintain databases, records, bookkeeping.
• Aid policyholders with claims process, supervise progress.
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, risk, prior coverage, financial standing via consultations.
• Network within the community and be involved in community activities.
• Build relationships through referrals, networking, digital, and community involvement.

• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.
• Previous customer service or sales representative experience preferred.
• Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
