An established and respected law firm in the Southeast is seeking a Trademark Litigation Associate to join their Intellectual Property team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in trademark litigation before federal district courts and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). This is a great opportunity for an IP attorney looking to take the next step in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

• Manage trademark litigation cases through all phases, including discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
• Represent clients in TTAB proceedings.
• Support enforcement strategies for trademark portfolios.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to advise clients on IP‑related matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trademark litigation.
• Experience with federal district court proceedings and TTAB practice required.
• Eligibility for admission to the North Carolina Bar (preferred).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in an AM Law 200 firm is highly preferred.
