A large Southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking an experienced transactional lawyer for its Charlotte office working in the Financial Services practice. Typical transactions include representation of private equity firms and other investors making structured capital investments.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred candidates would have one to four years of transactional experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of structured capital investments and documentation used in connection therewith, including senior debt documents, warrants, direct equity investments, and convertible notes.
  • Excellent academic performance and strong inter-personal skills are required.
