- Work with business leaders and corporate staff to articulate risks and benefits of legal strategy
- Develop strategies for, managing, and resolving a variety of investigations, litigation and pre-litigation disputes, including bankruptcy, asset recovery, and collection matters
- Help lines of business develop and implement processes, procedures, and systems to promote risk avoidance and prevent litigation
- Manage outside counsel and company litigation
- Provide transactional support to business units
- Address various legal needs of the company as may arise
- Must be licensed in North Carolina
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience in Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, and Asset Recovery a plus.
