Position: Family Law Litigator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $100,000 annual base + bonus (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to handle cases from intake through trial.> /p>
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support disputes
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations with professionalism and empathy
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client outcomes
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in NC
- Minimum of 2 years of family law litigation experience required
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Compassionate, client-centered approach
Compensation and Benefits:
