Position: Family Law Litigator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $100,000 annual base + bonus (negotiable based on experience)

Jetton and Meredith, PLLC is a respected and client-focused law firm specializing in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic relations. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, strategic advocacy and maintaining a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to handle cases from intake through trial.

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations with professionalism and empathy
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client outcomes

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in NC
• Minimum of 2 years of family law litigation experience required
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficient in legal administrative tasks
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Compassionate, client-centered approach

• Base salary starting at $100,000, with flexibility depending on experience and qualifications
