IP Trademark Litigation Associate - Charlotte
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark litigation associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Charlotte.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in trademark litigation, which includes trademark disputes in federal district courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
- Strong academic credentials are required.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal and interpersonal; team focused.
- North Carolina bar admission, or ability to become admitted or take the bar exam.
