Legal Counsel
As Legal Counsel, you will be a critical part of the in-house legal team, responsible for overseeing commercial contract lifecycle management while minimizing organizational risk. You will support cross-functional stakeholders in contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and litigation support—ensuring business continuity and legal integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts through execution

• Act as primary contact for contract terms, issue resolution, and redline management

• Maintain contract database and ensure accurate storage in contract management systems

• Support compliance, governance, and litigation across business functions

• Drive improvements in legal operations, documentation, and risk mitigation

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction

• 3+ years' experience in commercial contract law within corporate or manufacturing environments

• Proficiency in contract negotiation, legal software tools, and stakeholder engagement

Contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
· Docu Sign or digital signature tools
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Share Point  
· Legal operations systems
· Compliance tracking tools
· RFP software
· Redlining tools
· Legal document repositories

Preferred Skills

• Experience with litigation and dispute resolution

• Background in consumer goods or manufacturing industries

• Familiarity with international contract law or cross-border transactions
