the Role

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a substantial personal injury caseload. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage all aspects of discovery (drafting, responding, organizing, and tracking)
  • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing statements
  • Track case progress, monitor deadlines, and maintain court dockets
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions
  • Draft settlement agreements, lien summaries, and calculation sheets
  • Maintain organized case files and handle various administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and PI case flow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
