• Prepare and draft estate planning documents, probate filings, and federal estate/gift tax returns.
• Manage estate and trust administration, including accountings and court filings.
• Coordinate client meetings and provide strategic input on estate planning matters.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple matters independently.
