A growing legal practice is seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning and Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal to join its team. This role involves direct client interaction, case management, and document preparation in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Handle incoming client calls and provide professional communication throughout each matter.
• Draft estate planning documents, probate filings, and deeds.
• Maintain regular correspondence with clients regarding case status.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and track deadlines.
• Organize, maintain, and manage probate files.
• File and record legal documents; occasional courthouse visits for filings or research.

• A team-oriented professional who can also work independently.
• Strong client-service mindset with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to proactively prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an estate planning and/or probate paralegal.
• Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.
