LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in the Charlotte area. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic legal team and transition into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with corporate governance and entity management.
• Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents, filings, and contracts.
• Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives.
• Conduct legal research as needed and provide administrative support to the legal department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and contract administration.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
