Experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal

We’re seeking a seasoned Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support a dynamic group of attorneys across multiple offices. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in either Charlotte or Winston-Salem, NC
, ideal for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments and are ready to make a long-term impact.
- Prepare and file federal and state tax documents (Forms 1041, 706, 709, and occasional 1040s)
- Assist with trust and estate administration: document drafting, asset transfers, trust funding, and court filings
- Conduct tax research and filings via CCH Tax Analyst
- Support accounting tasks (experience with Quicken is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in a trusts & estates or tax-focused legal setting
- Familiarity with fiduciary and estate tax forms (706, 709, 1041, 1040)
- Experience with Net Documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional and personable demeanor for direct client interaction
