Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for Legal Practice Area @ LHHJob Summary:
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a high-performing transactional legal team in the Charlotte area. This is a growth opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to sophisticated real estate finance matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, the Paralegal will be instrumental in supporting attorneys through diligence review, drafting of loan documents, and closing coordination for complex transactions.
The position offers hands-on experience with high-impact deals and the chance to grow within a dynamic legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the execution of real estate finance transactions
- Conduct and organize due diligence reviews
- Draft and revise loan documents
- Coordinate closing processes and manage related documentation
- Maintain organized transaction files and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
- Commercial real estate experience required (title/survey experience not required)
- Strong preference for Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certificate or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
