Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for helping injured clients? A well-established personal injury law firm located just outside Uptown Charlotte is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
- Location: Fully onsite in Charlotte, NC
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
- Experience: 3–5 years in plaintiff personal injury law
- Caseload: Manage 200–250 active files
- Organize and review medical records and billing
- Obtain and manage liens (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Prepare demand packages and confirm account balances
- Request reductions and follow up with providers and insurers
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical offices, and insurance companies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent phone communication and client service abilities
- 100% employer-paid medical insurance

- 12 days of PTO annually
- Office conveniently located just outside Uptown Charlotte
