Established, reputable law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience and 1+ years with first‑party/third‑party insurance coverage. Licensure in both NC & SC is preferred; candidates who can obtain both within their first year of employment will also be considered. This role is 50/50 insurance coverage and insurance defense.

Hybrid work model – 2 days remote. Great bonus program: bonuses are paid on the next paycheck following billing. Diversity and Social Committees. 401(k) with 3% match. Billable hours: 1,875 (flexible). Bonus starts at 1,900; e.g., 2,100 hours adds $36,000 a year.
