Trademark Paralegal

A highly respected AmLaw 100 law firm client is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal to join a dynamic IP team in its Atlanta office. This is a key in-office position working closely with other paralegals in Atlanta supporting a core group of five attorneys, as well as others across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have solid trademark prosecution experience including:

• Managing a full docket of trademark‑related deadlines
• Conducting in‑house trademark screening searches on the TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO Global Brand Database
• Preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, renewal applications, non‑substantive office action responses, use declarations, extensions of time, and other USPTO filings
• Filing documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and preparing non‑substantive procedural filings for filing with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• Preparing and filing international applications and extensions of international registrations with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO)
• Copyright and trademark litigation experience a plus
• Experience with Anaqua or other docketing software

Compensation:
$100,000-$120,000 per year
