A leading food service company is looking for a qualified Privacy Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance team in Charlotte, NC. The Privacy Counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance on privacy matters and ensuring compliance with state privacy laws. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws and privacy certifications are preferred.
