Join Fox Rothschild as a Counsel in our Corporate Department to support our growing Health Care Regulatory Practice Group. Work in any of our U.S. offices to advise on a full range of health‑care transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint endeavors, and sale transactions.

Fox Rothschild has an opening for a Counsel in our Corporate Department to support our growth in health‑care regulatory matters. The role involves advising on transactions ranging from less than a million to billions of dollars, and requires a deep understanding of health‑care regulatory compliance.
Qualifications- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Licensed to practice in the state of the office location.
- Eight to ten years of relevant transactional and regulatory compliance experience in the health‑care industry.
- We do not accept resumes from search firms.
- Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct health‑care regulatory due diligence and advise on compliance matters.
- Support private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and health‑care services entities in transactional and corporate matters.
- Advise founders, executives, and management teams on sale transactions and corporate structuring.
- Assist in the development and structuring of provider‑affiliated group practices.
- Experience with complex and private‑equity‑backed health‑care transactions.
- Experience with health‑care compliance and fraud and abuse matters (preferred).
- Strong understanding of health‑care regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
This job is conducted in a standard office setting with routine use of computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. Sedentary work predominates; occasional walking and standing are required.
Physical RequirementsSedentary work; ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time with occasional walking and standing.
Visual AcuityClose visual acuity is required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and extensive reading on a computer terminal.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary ranges:
- New Jersey: $260,000 – $300,000
- New York: $290,000 – $325,000
- Washington, DC: $290,000 – $325,000
