This is a full‑time on‑site role for a qualified Family Law Attorney located in Charlotte, NC. In this position you will manage a diverse caseload, draft legal documents, represent clients during court proceedings, provide counsel on family‑law matters, conduct legal research, prepare for trials and hearings, and collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and achieve positive outcomes for clients.

- Represent clients in court and during hearings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain client communication with empathy and professionalism.
- Extensive knowledge of family‑law areas: divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and related matters.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in court and manage dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case strategies.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a family‑law practice is preferred.
