- 0–5 years of experience representing Social Security claimants (more experienced applicants also welcome)
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar or willing to obtain a South Carolina license (must hold an active license in another state or D.C.)
