$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Monthly demand planning and forecasting.
• Liaise between 3PL partner and US supply chain planning and operation teams to ensure proper replenishment plan and its execution.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross‑functional operations and planning. Adapt plans based on changing customer demand and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Work with internal teams to ensure performance goals for Quality, Turn Around Time (LT each routing), and Throughput are met demand required.
• Weekly review on supply planning of overseas arrival and define weekly shipment from overseas to make DC inbound efficiency and inventory level healthy.
• Continuous improvement and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for supply planning processes and systems.
• Support the preparation of monthly S&OP meeting with USA and headquarter.
• Involve in yearly budget to analyze demand by SKU for production plants according to Sales forecast, production assessment, investment, product development and inventory projection.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure and manage supply compliance.

• This position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• APICS or other Supply Chain certification preferred.

• Require 3+ years of experience with Inventory / Supply Chain Management, Inventory Planning & Replenishing, Demand planning & forecasting, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially Excel is a must.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software application is necessary. Oracle eBusiness Suite (ERP) preferred.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
