Supply Chain Manager & Team Lead

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing day‑to‑day operations, and driving efficiency across the supply chain. They are looking for this person to join their Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Highlights- Base + Bonus (110 - 135k+ total)

- In office in Charlotte + some international travel to Italy HQ
- 3+ Years of Supply Chain Leadership Experience
- Proven experience managing warehouse teams and overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse functions
- Expertise in inventory optimization, transportation cost control, and warehouse efficiency
- Solid understanding of import/export compliance, customs regulations, and international logistics best practices
- Oracle experience + Warehouse systems preferred
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Must live in Charlotte NC (willingness to be fully in office + travel as needed)
