Role Purpose

This role will lead transformative supply chain projects to realize Global Supply Chain's strategy. Embracing lean principles and advanced digital tools, you will drive customer value and innovation. Through collaborative partnerships and organizational change management, you will optimize processes, champion continuous improvement, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, service, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management activities and training for new solutions and processes.
  • Lead cross‑functional supply chain projects from inception to completion to shape best‑in‑class supply chain models.
  • Support project data validation objectives and communication among required team members.
  • Engage with internal customers to ensure value‑add process or system solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with various cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive documents outlining projects, business and cross‑systems requirements.
  • Deliver effective communication of project updates to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Analyze root causes behind supply chain issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive optimal workflow design and process mapping for streamlined strategies.
  • Facilitate Lean SC integration by optimizing processes to ensure execution.
  • Ensure process and system improvement initiatives align with GSC objectives.
  • Other tasks as outlined by management.
Experiences / Education – Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, including project implementation.
  • Experience in leading change management for large‑scale digital transformation or system implementations.
  • Experience leading training material development and training end users.
  • Proficiency in project management skills, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset to identify customer value and leverage data for decision‑making.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
Desired Skills
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or CSCP certifications.
  • Proven track record of leveraging ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions to drive operational excellence.

The range for this position is $87,715.00 – $ assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
