Feetures is a family-owned performance brand headquartered in the Charlotte Metro area of North Carolina, built on one core belief: we're all Meant to Move.
Founded in 2002 to engineer a better sock for runners and active people, we've grown into the #1 running sock brand in U.S. run specialty stores, with products sold in more than 40 countries through a thriving omnichannel business. While we've grown globally, we've never lost what got us here: the mindset of a family business.
Movement isn't just what our products support - it's how we work. We run on creativity, curiosity, and collaboration because the best results come from moving forward together. We obsess over the details, challenge convention, care deeply about our teammates and customers, and bring competitive passion to everything we do.
We're not just making socks. We're helping people go farther, perform better, and live more active lives. If you're driven by purpose and excited to build something meaningful, you'll feel right at home at Feetures.
About the RoleThe Director, Integrated Planning & Supplier Performance will own the end-to-end planning ecosystem at Feetures, connecting demand forecasting, supply planning, production capacity, and supplier performance. Reporting to the VP, Global Supply Chain, you will turn market signals into executable plans that keep products available, inventory healthy, and manufacturing partners accountable.
You will lead a team of planners and drive our sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and executive leadership to align around one plan. This role calls for strong business judgment: using analytics to make clear decisions, challenge assumptions, and balance service, margin, and inventory risk.
What You'll Own Demand Planning & Forecasting- Own the initial statistical demand forecast at the SKU and channel level, incorporating sell-through trends, seasonality, and product launches
- Lead consensus forecasting with Sales, Marketing, and Product - challenge assumptions and resolve forecast risks before they reach the supply plan
- Guide demand planners through forecasting initiatives and continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Translate demand plans into purchase orders and replenishment strategies that balance weeks of supply, in-stock fill rates, and inventory investment
- Manage inbound flow and ocean-versus-air freight decisions to meet service commitments while controlling cost
- Surface excess and obsolete inventory risk early; lead closeout timing, channel placement, and pricing recommendations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maximize recovery and protect the brand
- Own inventory allocations when supply is constrained, prioritizing at-risk orders and protecting reservations for key customers, channels, and product launches
- Monitor inventory KPIs and turn performance trends into actions that improve supply chain efficiency
- Lead capacity reviews with manufacturing partners to validate factory utilization, output commitments, and readiness for seasonal peaks and product launches
- Maintain visibility across factories, identify capacity constraints, and elevate conflicts before they affect delivery
- Own and expand the Feetures Supplier Excellence Scorecard program, setting consistent standards for delivery, quality, and capacity reliability
- Lead supplier performance reviews that turn scorecard results into clear accountability and measurable improvement commitments
- Own the monthly S&OP cadence, agenda, and outputs, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans across the business
- Bring executive leadership clear planning performance and supply risk…
