Transportation Analyst

Our client, Transportation & Logistics is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join their team. As a Transportation Analyst, you will be part of the Transportation Management System (TMS) operations supporting daily load planning, carrier assignment, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service focus, the ability to problem-solve quickly, and the drive to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.

* ** Pay Range: $21.28/hr w2*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Work in a TMS and use Outlook daily to plan and execute loads from pickup to delivery.

+ Assign carriers, coordinate shipment details, and track loads end-to-end to support on-time performance.

+ Provide heavy customer service through emails, Teams chat, and phone calls while responding quickly and professionally.

+ Validate order accuracy in the TMS prior to carrier tender at the S/T location, including contact information, bulk product, and quantity details.

+ Document customer contacts using call script guidelines and complete required data updates in the TMS, followed by email updates to customer service.

** What's Needed?*
* + Comfort working independently with or without direct supervision while maintaining order integrity through careful verification.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, act fast on follow-ups, and think quickly when issues arise.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply training and learnings directly to daily work and output.

+ Clear, courteous communication skills for telephone interactions and customer-facing coordination.

+ Transportation Management System experience is encouraged but not required; willingness to learn and operate within TMS workflows is essential.
