As the market for electronic invoicing expands, Basware is growing fast and seeking a Senior Manager, Global Campaigns to lead data‑driven, integrated marketing campaigns in a matrixed, international B2B SaaS environment. The role reports to the Director, Global Campaigns and is responsible for strategic planning, development, execution, and optimization of scalable demand‑generation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end marketing campaign planning and development, ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
- Develop global campaign strategies and programs that deliver scalable, sustainable results across all markets.
- Ensure campaigns are insight‑driven, audience‑led, and consistent with ICP and growth objectives.
- Create cross‑functional programs that integrate sales, product, and stakeholders for unified growth efforts.
- Partner with Sales teams to translate marketing activities into sales objectives, aligning with territory plans.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning to optimize channel mix, deliverables, and ROI.
- Help define KPIs for demand generation, including pipeline quality metrics.
- Segment audiences and tailor engagement across buyer personas using data analysis.
- Guarantee consistent lead delivery to the MDR function to meet MQL targets.
- Test new initiatives and tactics, collaborating with Proposition Marketing, Channel/Media Planning, and Data Ops.
- Manage reporting, budget, and data to drive continuous optimization.
- Create opportunities for ongoing customer and prospect interactions to improve metrics such as SAL creation and conversion rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on global campaign management.
- Proven track record in both strategy and execution of global campaigns.
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries preferred.
- Strong partnership with Marketing Development reps to drive MQLs and opportunities.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and ROI measurement.
- Marketing‑sourced pipeline generation against targets.
- Improved lead quality from Lead‑to‑MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rates.
- Positive ROI from marketing investments.
- On‑time delivery of campaigns launched on schedule.
