Project Executive

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Executive in Charlotte, NC who's ready to lead with impact.

As a Project Executive, you'll be the driving force behind project success—mentoring teams, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Your role includes:

• Leading with excellence across all project phases—from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk management
• Coaching the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents
• Building strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Driving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standards
• Supporting business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 10-12 years of commercial construction experience with a track record of leading successful projects
• Deep expertise in construction operations, financial oversight, and team leadership
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• LEED AP or Green Associate certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
