What is the Opportunity?
The Human Resources Manager – Aecon Nuclear US Division is responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support across Aecon’s U.S.
-based nuclear operations, including commercial nuclear, federal services, engineering, and shared services. This role ensures compliance with U.S. labor regulations, supports workforce planning and talent development, and partners with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with Aecon’s strategic growth in the U.S. market.
What You ll Do Here:
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for Aecon Nuclear’s U.S. operations, including commercial nuclear, federal services, engineering, and shared services teams.
- Lead the US based HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and to Aecon’s strategic HR intent.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor standards, including EEO, FMLA ADA and other regulations.
- Lead the implementation and ensure ongoing compliance with federal contractor standards, including workforce documentation, security protocols, and labor regulations.
- Drive employee relations and performance management initiatives by fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and implementing feedback-driven systems that support accountability and growth.
