• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Graduation from a two-year college or university
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices
• Strong decision‑making, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Graduation from a four‑year college or university
• Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates;
  Professional Engineer License
• Experience in scheduling and cost controls related to project management
• Knowledge and experience in the utility industry and construction management
• Strong relationships with stakeholders across various organizational levels
