About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business integration initiatives for a complex organizational program. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role, coordinating multiple work streams across marketing, legal, HR, technology, and operations. The PM will ensure successful integration of systems, processes, and teams during a major transformation effort.
Responsibilities:
* Lead business integration efforts across marketing, legal, HR, technology, and operational processes.
* Manage a complex, multi-project program with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
* Collaborate with Product Engineering, Gap Analysis, and Application Analysis teams to create and execute a comprehensive roadmap.
* Drive project governance, track milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across dozens of simultaneous projects.
* Utilize Airtable for project planning, reporting, and executive visibility.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
* Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on process improvements, integration sequencing, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
* Additional certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other advanced credentials are advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years in a project management role, including significant experience managing complex technology or process improvement initiatives.
* Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in business integration, mergers, or large-scale organizational programs.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, legal, HR, technology, and operations.
* Background in financial services, investment operations, or trading systems is a plus.
* Strong familiarity with project management tools, particularly Airtable, and competence with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Adaptive, Planview, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Access).
* Deep knowledge of project management and application development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
* Ability to follow PMO RACI policies to ensure compliance, identify gaps, and implement remediation.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of aligning divergent functions to achieve program and corporate objectives.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels.
* Ability to create a highly positive working environment in high-stress situations.
