? As a Service Manager
, you’ll lead the maintenance team and ensure our communities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance
. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Maintenance Leadership

Preventive Maintenance & Safety

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards
  , company safety policies, and risk management procedures
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Support cost-control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing when possible

Grounds & Common Areas

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Perform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removal

• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) & CPO required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work in all weather conditions
