Change Manager
We are seeking a Change Manager to facilitate change management delivery efforts across a portfolio of product teams. This role will focus on building scalable change management policies, defining approval workflows, and creating metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes. The goal is to accelerate delivery while minimizing risk and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic change planning and impact assessments across initiatives
- Develop and maintain change management policies, workflows, and approval processes
- Coordinate stakeholders to align priorities and resolve conflicting changes
- Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies
- Maintain audit trails and documentation to support compliance requirements
- Define and track metrics to measure change success and adoption
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams
- Accelerate deployment of changes across product teams
- Ensure the organization remains agile and responsive to evolving business needs
- Minimize risks to IT infrastructure and business operations
- Reduce post-release incidents through structured change controls
- Improve coordination and sequencing of concurrent changes
- Define and implement change management approaches for both Agile and Waterfall initiatives
- Identify impacted stakeholders and develop change impact assessments
- Support sponsor roadmap development and communication strategies
- Identify training needs and develop materials such as job aids and user documentation
- Manage and follow up on escalated issues, providing clear updates to leadership
Represent change management in cross-functional meetings
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and implementing change management initiatives
- Strong understanding of organizational development and change theory
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast‑changing environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills including negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience influencing adoption across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Proficiency communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile change approaches and change management tools
- Understanding of risk mitigation and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
