The Senior Director, Communications
- Global Supply Chain, for Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) will be part of our Global Employee & Executive Communications team. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Employee & Executive Communications, the Senior Director, Communications
- Global Supply Chain will lead a small team responsible for delivering high-impact global communications that support enterprise priorities and the goals of the Global Supply Chain organization, including factories and distribution centers worldwide. This strategic leader will partner closely with the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer to shape and execute communication and change strategies that engage office-based and frontline employees for our $15B global organization.

This role will collaborate with Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, and Government Relations to deliver integrated communication solutions. In partnership with the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and the broader leadership team, this role will help accelerate business transformation by developing compelling internal narratives, leading large-scale change and engagement efforts, and overseeing key communication channels and forums, including plant leader meetings, quarterly town halls, and other employee events.

This position will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, though remote locations will be considered. Accessibility to our East Coast hub locations is required.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and senior leadership team on communication strategies that support business objectives, operational excellence, and a culture of engagement and accountability.
