Full Time Management Maya Hotels, Charlotte, NC, US

Multi-Property

| Remote – United States About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and commercially minded Revenue Manager to oversee revenue-management execution across a multi-property hotel portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands that great Revenue Management is about more than reporting numbers. It’s about making the right pricing and inventory decisions every day and ensuring those decisions are executed. The Revenue Manager will work closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Sales teams to maximize hotel performance through strategic pricing, yielding, inventory management, forecasting and accountability.

The ideal candidate can look at the numbers, understand the story, make the recommendations and confidently lead the team through the action plan.

What You’ll Own Daily Revenue Management
  • Monitor daily occupancy, pickup, ADR, RevPAR, pace and demand.
  • Make daily pricing and yielding decisions.
  • Manage inventory, availability, restrictions and selling strategies.
  • Monitor OOO rooms and their impact on sellable inventory.
  • Monitor third-party channels and distressed inventory opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive pricing and market conditions.
  • Identify need periods and high-demand dates.
  • Proactively adjust strategy based on booking pace and market demand.
  • Ensure pricing and inventory strategies are accurately executed across systems.
  • Lead recurring revenue strategy calls with GMs, AGMs and Sales leaders.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting information.
  • Review current-week and forward-looking performance.
  • Evaluate pickup, pace, pricing, inventory and demand.
  • Review upcoming high-demand dates and need periods.
  • Review group blocks and future inventory.
  • Establish clear action items and ownership.
  • Send concise post-call recaps.
  • Follow up to ensure strategies are executed.
Forecasting & Analysis
  • Maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Analyze historical performance, booking pace, pickup and market demand.
  • Review actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
  • Analyze ADR, occupancy, RevPAR and market-share performance.
  • Utilize STR and competitive-set information.
  • Identify performance opportunities and risks.
  • Communicate the “why” behind performance — not simply the numbers.
  • Make clear recommendations to improve hotel results.
Group & Sales Strategy
  • Partner closely with Sales on group opportunities.
  • Evaluate group rates and inventory requirements.
  • Analyze displacement and opportunity cost.
  • Review group pickup, wash and cut-off dates.
  • Review 30/60/90-day group holdings.
  • Identify potential inventory risks and opportunities.
  • Help Sales teams make commercially sound pricing decisions.
  • Balance group demand with transient demand.
Systems & Execution
  • Manage rate loading, restrictions, inventory controls and other revenue-related system functions.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of revenue strategies.
  • Maintain rate integrity and parity.
  • Troubleshoot revenue-system issues.
  • Work with brand and technology partners as needed.
  • Ensure property teams understand and execute revenue decisions.
