We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑driven Quality Inspector who takes pride in ensuring parts meet specifications the first time, every time. In this role, you will be the first line of defense against defects: assessing incoming materials, supporting production with in‑process inspections, and ensuring every shipment leaving our facility meets customer and ISO quality standards.

* Shifts are either 7 p.m.‑7 a.m. or 7 a.m.‑7 p.m., 7 days a week.

• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials, parts in production, and outgoing products before shipment.
• Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify part dimensions and functional performance against drawings and work instructions.
• Identify, label, and control non‑conforming materials in the designated Quality Hold area.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and written instructions with accuracy and clarity.
• Document test results and inspection findings with complete and precise reporting.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and engineering to resolve issues and prevent rework or scrap.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help influence quality decisions on the shop floor.
• Support additional shift coverage, as required, to ensure Quality resources are available (with notice and supervisor approval).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Management.

• High School Diploma or GED required; quality certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Control/Inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings.
• Proven skill using common quality and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong documentation, accuracy, and math/measurement skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and ability to learn digital tools.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and roll up to 500 lbs.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
• Willingness to support any shift as needed (overtime/coverage).
