We are currently seeking a Fabric Cutter to join our manufacturing team in Mint Hill. This position exists to operate and maintain various fabric cutting machines to accurately cut fabric for roller shade production.

• Operate automatic and manual fabric cutting machines according to production schedules.
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and specifications to ensure accurate cuts.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments for different fabric types and sizes.
• Inspect fabric for defects before and after cutting; report any quality issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during machine operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues; elevate major problems to leadership.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of materials used and output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience operating fabric cutting machines or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret technical specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production goals.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle fabric rolls safely.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels from production machinery.
• Occasional computer work.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
