The Packer is responsible for preparing roller shades for shipment by packing them into boxes, labeling boxes, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to work order instructions, safe handling of packing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Pack roller shades into boxes for shipping.
• Weigh boxes and create packing labels.
• Place shades and packing labels on boxes per work order instructions.
• Use strapping machine and staple gun to close boxes securely.
• Close orders in the digital management system as orders are completed.
• Assign orders to bins and place them in the correct bins.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with shipping and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to quality control standards to prevent shipping errors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.
• Basic computer skills for updating digital management systems.
• Physical ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
