** Hendrick Motorsports Technical Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
** Second Shift Laser Operator
** to join our team. The Laser Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has experience with laser cutting technology, understands material properties, and can read and interpret blueprints.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to job specifications.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser machines.
* Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
* Handle raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

** Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines.
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Strong understanding of laser cutting technology, machine programming, and material properties.
* ** Blueprint Reading:
** Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* ** Quality Focus:
** Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
* ** Problem-Solving:
** Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
* ** Work Ethic:
** Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
* ** Preferred:
** Basic CAD experience and familiarity with press brake operations.
