Assemble, disassemble and repair pumps竻, motors, cylinders and valves. Diagnose problems and identify parts needed to repair. Test all items, perform work in both shop and field environment.
Essential Functions- Repairs聘 pumps, motors, cylinders and valves
- Tear down pumps, motors, cylinders and valves for repair. Identify parts< needed to repair.
- Build new pumps, motors, cylinders and valves.
- Assist in machine shop as needed.
- Test completed pumps, motors, valves
Saver cylinders according to written procedures. - Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment and machinery.
- Record parts and materials needed and request new parts and materials as necessary.
- ballet maintain a neat and orderly shop.
- Hone/repair barrels.
- Provide assistance in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and controls[ …it etc
